Even though we have not been diagnosed with Autism, the ADHD diet is very similar also.

WOW! Great website and ingenious plan for going GFCF gradually over a 10 week period. I've read posts from many parents who say the GFCF diet 'didn't work' for them, when they really meant 'it was too difficult to implement'. That 10 week plan seems VERY doable. Good for you and your son!!! (Maybe for your whole family??!)
