Before we learned we had dairy allergies, we used to wrap cheese sticks with thin sliced deli turkey. That and some sliced apple made a great lunch on biking trips. Usually we would store the turkey/cheese wraps in a small cooler bag on warm summer days.

Now with my allergies I like peanut butter and banana or peanut butter and sliced mango strips or peanut butter with peach wraps (with brown rice tortillas), which I can make ahead of time and freeze for quick packed lunches.

Sometimes I do turkey wraps with hummus, deli sliced turkey and those brown rice tortillas, which I can freeze and quickly thaw later in the microwave.

Also I do refried bean with guacomole wraps on the tortillas. I spread a large tortilla with the beans and top that with a layer of my homemade guacomole, which I wrap tightly in the tortilla. Those are great for winter lunches, when I thaw and heat them in the microwave.

Can't think of more right now, but I'll add when I remember others.
